The Kemilo FT4 Kit determines free thyroxine (FT4) on the Goldsite Kemilo CLIA platform via an all-in-one cartridge. Free T4 is widely used with TSH for thyroid status assessment in internal medicine, endocrinology, and antenatal clinics throughout Pakistan. The product belongs to Goldsite’s thyroid assay line and includes 60 tests (60T) per kit. Cartridge-based FT4 fits laboratories that already run Kemilo TSH/T3/T4 and want a unified thyroid menu on one analyzer. Follow IFU guidance for calibration, QC, and sample collection. FT4 may be preferred when binding protein effects confound total T4; communicate assay-specific reference ranges to clinicians. Monitor cartridge inventory against daily thyroid test volume to avoid stockouts during peak OPD hours. Kemilo FT4 reagents are supplied by Zymotic Diagnostics International for compatible Goldsite CLIA installations.
