3-part vs 5-part differentials
Most outpatient and mid-volume hospital labs in Pakistan run 3-part differential CBC analyzers for routine complete blood counts. 5-part systems add more WBC subpopulations and are typically reserved for larger hospitals or specialty hematology workloads. Confirm the parameter count (often 18+ on 3-part systems) and whether histograms and a built-in printer are included.
Throughput and workflow
